Legal Notice
This page tells you, in full, exactly who you are dealing with when you shop at valerive.com — our legal identity, where we're registered, how to reach us, and the laws that govern our relationship with you as a customer in the United Kingdom.
"Valerive" is a trading name only — it is not a separate legal entity. Every order placed, every payment taken, and every legal obligation on this website belongs to S Commerce, a company registered in the Netherlands. When you buy from us, contact our support team, or exercise a legal right, you are dealing directly with S Commerce.
This notice exists to satisfy the trader-transparency requirements of both UK and Dutch/EU e-commerce and consumer law — rules that exist precisely so you always know exactly who you're buying from before you hand over your money.
Valerive sells women's dresses and related clothing items through valerive.com. All product listings, pricing, sizing and availability shown on our site are correct at the time of publication and are updated regularly; occasional errors are corrected as soon as we identify them, in line with Section 6.
We currently sell and ship exclusively to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom. We do not process or fulfil orders to any other country at this time. All prices shown at checkout are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT and any delivery charge is shown separately before you complete your purchase.
Our customer care team monitors email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and aims to respond to every message within 5 hours. Our phone line is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Central European Time (Amsterdam).

Valerive is operated using Shopify's e-commerce platform. Website hosting, checkout infrastructure, and card-payment security are provided by Shopify Inc. and its payment processing arm, Shopify Payments, which is independently assessed against the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). S Commerce remains fully responsible, as the trader and data controller, for the content, products, pricing and policies published on this site.
For full detail on how we handle your personal data, including which processors we use and your rights over your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing and availability shown on valerive.com are accurate and kept up to date. Occasionally, and despite our best efforts, an error may appear — for example, a mispriced item or an out-of-stock listing that hasn't yet updated.
If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before dispatch to let you know, and you will always have the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. This does not affect any statutory right you have if goods received differ materially from their description.
